An excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing non-contentious construction team, working on a broad range of UK and international projects across multiple sectors. This role offers exposure to high-quality work for major clients, alongside the support of a collaborative, cross-office team environment.

Remote, Office Based and FTC opportunities available.

The team operates as a single UK practice and advises a wide spectrum of industry participants, including developers, project companies, owners, lenders, contractors, and suppliers. You will support projects across real estate development and investment, energy, transport and infrastructure, combining domestic work with large-scale, cross-border matters.

Role

  • Advise on a wide range of non-contentious construction matters
  • Support and lead on transactions across real estate, energy, and infrastructure projects
  • Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and associated documentation
  • Manage matters independently while collaborating closely with colleagues across offices
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and market knowledge
  • Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex, high-value projects

Candidate Requirements

  • Non-contentious construction matters
  • Experience of construction contracts, consultant appointments, and collateral warranties desirable
  • Exposure to real estate, energy, or infrastructure projects advantageous but not essential
  • Strong drafting and technical skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage client relationships
  • Collaborative, motivated, and keen to develop within a growing practice
