Construction Lawyer - Fully Remote

Senior Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer - 5+ PQE - FULLY REMOTE

At MAP Legal, we have an exciting opportunity for a mid to senior lawyer to join our Non-Contentious Construction team. You will advise property companies, real estate investors, public sector clients, corporate occupiers, and contractors on high-value, high-profile construction, engineering, and infrastructure projects. The role is within a highly ranked international firm, and our construction & engineering team is one of the largest (and most experienced and respected) in the UK.

About the Role

You will:

  • Advise on all major forms of construction contracts, including JCT, NEC, MF/1, and FIDIC
  • Provide guidance on development and funding agreements and agreements for lease
  • Contribute to major projects and regeneration schemes
  • Deliver pragmatic, commercial advice with a proven track record
  • Run major matters with minimal partner supervision
  • Operate in a fully remote capacity

You will have:

  • Qualified Solicitor status with at least 5+ years post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Demonstrated expertise in non-contentious construction law
  • Experience delivering high-value, critical legal insights independently
  • Confidence in high-stakes negotiation and contract drafting
