Construction Lecturer (Level 3 & Level 4) – Preston (PR2 8UR)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Lecturer to join a well-established college based in Preston (PR2 8UR).
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified lecturer with recent UK teaching experience to deliver engaging and high-quality Construction courses to Level 3 and Level 4 learners.
Location: Preston, PR2 8UR
Pay Rate: £28.00 per hour PAYE or £35.00 per hour (Self-Employed)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching across Level 3 and Level 4 Construction programmes.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements.
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate learner records and complete all required documentation.
- Support students to achieve their academic and practical learning objectives.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Essential Requirements:
- A recognised teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training (or equivalent).
- A minimum of 6 months' teaching experience within a UK college or further education setting in a similar Construction Lecturer role.
- Relevant industry qualifications and practical experience within Construction.
- Strong knowledge of Level 3 and Level 4 Construction curriculum.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
