Shellmar Construction Ltd
Shellmar Construction Ltd is a growing main contractor delivering refurbishment, commercial, education, leisure, hospitality, and groundworks division projects nationwide in the UK.
Due to continued growth in the public sector and private sector, we are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead multiple projects from pre-construction through to successful handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects valued between £50,000 and £5 million.
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and the commercial team.
- Oversee quality assurance, health & safety, and programme performance.
- Chair site meetings and provide regular progress reports.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Construction Manager, Senior Site Manager, or Project Manager role.
- Strong background in commercial refurbishment, education, leisure, or hospitality projects.
- Excellent knowledge of JCT contracts and UK construction regulations.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications.
- Full UK driving licence.
