What you’ll do Being a Construction Manager is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll be: Deliver all allocated projects & store programmes on time and to best-in-class standards. Ensure all stores meet industry standards to trade legally and safely. Manage Refresh programmes & end-to-end process, in line with project timelines. Manage the KPI’s for each project by strong programme management, ensuring stores meet all building regulations and requirements. Management of main contractors, QS & additional suppliers, as well as liaising with landlords, acquisition and estates managers. Who you are It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in: Project Management implementation experience and PM tools. Commercially savvy, with experience of having budget control. Understand the changing store environment and be able to work with ability, managing and adapting priorities. Ability to create and execute short and long-term plans, by strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across the business.
