Are you a driven Construction Manager who thrives on building complex, high-tech facilities?

MiCiM is looking for a skilled professional to help deliver a major Data Centre construction project in the UK (South-East)

If you enjoy leading teams, solving problems on the spot, and ensuring a site operates safely, efficiently, and collaboratively, this could be your next step.

About the role:

As a Construction Manager at MiCiM, you’ll be the heartbeat of day-to-day site operations; professional, approachable, and methodical in ensuring our projects run smoothly and safely. You’ll work closely with our site teams, logistics, and trade contractors to implement project plans and keep productivity high. You’ll also take initiative, learn quickly, and communicate confidently in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Keeping the site running safely, smoothly and in line with our project plans.
  • Carrying out regular quality and safety checks and closing out risks quickly.
  • Coordinating subcontractors, logistics and design information so work progresses on time.
  • Tracking packages, costs, changes and programme progress, escalating issues early.
  • Supporting procurement and helping manage trade contractors.
  • Making sure the right information flows quickly between teams and is properly recorded.
  • Leading or attending package meetings, design reviews, and client updates.
  • Managing 4-week look-aheads, long-lead items, deliveries and site logistics.
  • Supporting handover: sign-off, O&Ms, training and snagging.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
