Within our Capital Delivery function, we’re looking for a Construction Manager to join our Waste Infrastructure team.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
You’ll play a key role in supporting the safe and effective delivery of capital projects across our waste network. Working closely with our supply chain and internal teams, you’ll help ensure works are delivered to the right standards across safety, quality, and performance.

This role will see you operating across multiple sites, providing construction assurance, supporting contractor performance, and driving consistency in how projects are delivered.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Supporting delivery of construction activities across waste infrastructure schemes
- Providing on-site assurance across H&S, quality, and construction standards
- Working with contractors to drive performance and continuous improvement
- Supporting the implementation of construction best practice across projects
- Collaborating with project, engineering, and H&S teams to ensure aligned delivery

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Experience in construction, civils, or a utilities environment
- Knowledge of CDM, RAMS, temporary works, and site assurance
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to challenge where needed
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to delivery
- Ability to use data and insight to support decision making
You’ll be a collaborative and forward-thinking individual, comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and committed to delivering safe, high-quality outcomes.
