We’re looking for a Construction Manager to lead installation operations across Exeter and Plymouth.

This is a critical leadership role where you’ll oversee multiple lift and escalator installation projects, ensuring delivery is safe, efficient, and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll work closely with engineers, project managers, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with KONE’s safety-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage installation teams across multiple sites Ensure all projects are delivered in line with KONE safety and quality standards Drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal teams Support and develop engineers through coaching and performance management Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations Identify risks and proactively implement solutions

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in construction or installation management (lifts/escalators or similar industry preferred) Strong leadership and people management skills Solid understanding of health & safety regulations within construction environments Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Full UK driving licence
