Construction Manager, UK Design & Construction
Design and Construction Execution (Projects Supervisor) – UK
Join our dynamic Design and Construction Execution team and become a pivotal part of Amazon’s infrastructure expansion across Europe. You'll play a critical role in transforming project concepts into reality, supporting the development of delivery stations and fulfillment centers that power our global logistics network.
About the Role
This role offers structured learning opportunities while contributing to Amazon’s infrastructure expansion.
Would you like an opportunity to travel and work in multiple EU countries and cultures? The position is based in the UK, with 50% of time spent traveling either domestically within the country or to other EMEA countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end project delivery from initial concept through final construction
- Assist in preparing comprehensive project budgets and detailed schedules
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- Maintain meticulous project documentation and tracking systems
- Learn and apply best practices in pre-construction and construction processes

Basic Qualifications
✅ Bachelor’s degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Construction Management
- Or equivalent engineering science ✅ Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) ✅ Experience demonstrating:
- Strong analytical abilities
- Confidence in the use of data ✅ Written and oral communication skills, including ability to engage at technical, business, and executive levels ✅ Experience in construction management ✅ Proficiency in:
- English (C1 level required)
- A local language

Preferred Qualifications
🔹 Knowledge of project management tools 🔹 Experience with regional building codes and regulations 🔹 Internship experience in construction or design 🔹 Experience with documentation systems 🔹 Experience managing cool chains, refrigeration equipment, and temperature-controlled environments (considered a strong plus) 🔹 Fluency in:

- Chinese (Mandarin)
