Construction Manager – Construction Execution Team

Location: UK (with extensive travel across EMEA) Type: Full-time

Join Amazon’s Construction Execution Team as a Construction Manager and play a key role in delivering critical infrastructure—delivery stations and fulfillment centers—across EMEA. This dynamic role offers hands-on project experience while aligning with Amazon’s ambitious expansion goals.

Positioned in the UK, this role requires 50% travel, offering exposure to multiple EU countries, cultures, and cutting-edge construction projects.

About the Role

As a Construction Manager, you will:

  • Assist in planning and execution of defined-scope construction projects.
  • Support more complex projects with structured oversight.
  • Grow through learning opportunities while contributing to Amazon’s infrastructure growth.

You will coordinate internally across teams and with external contractors, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning & Execution: Support full construction lifecycle, including coordination with vendors, scheduling, and progress tracking.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work collaboratively with internal project teams, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Budget & Risk: Monitor project costs, identify risks, and optimise resource allocation.
  • Documentation: Compile detailed project updates, conduct site meetings, and maintain records for audits and audience reviews.
  • Compliance & Design: Assist in site due diligence, permit applications, and technical design reviews.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Learn and adopt industry best practices, while contributing insights from hands-on experience.
  • Project documentation, reporting, and constructive reporting created between internal teams and stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
