Construction Office Administrator / Co‑ordinator (Part‑Time)
£29,000 per annum (pro rata) 24 hrs per week (6 hrs/day) — flexible start/finish times
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive administrator to support the smooth running of our construction projects and day‑to‑day office operations. Ideal for someone who enjoys structure, communication, and a varied workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle calls, emails, and new client enquiries
- Maintain digital folders, file emails, and manage drawings/documents
- Update calendars with deliveries, appointments, holidays, MOTs, and project dates
- Track Building Control inspections and maintain accurate site records
- Order materials, tool hire, skips, and office supplies
- Keep pricing matrices, insurance documents, and internal records updated

What You Bring
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good working knowledge of Excel (spreadsheets, data entry, basic formulas)
- Comfortable with digital systems and shared folders
- Construction experience helpful but not essential
