Construction Planner
London
Up to £80,000 + £5,000 Travel Allowance + Bonus + Private Healthcare + Pension
We are currently recruiting for a Construction Planner to join a leading residential developer, overseeing multiple RC frame residential developments in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role working closely with project, commercial, and site teams, you will be responsible for managing programmes, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working on large residential developments and possess strong experience delivering RC frame projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and updating construction programmes across multiple live phases
- Monitoring project progress and identifying programme risks and opportunities
- Working closely with project, site, and commercial teams to support delivery objectives
- Producing short, medium, and long-term programmes and progress reports
- Tracking key milestones and ensuring project delivery remains on programme
- Supporting project teams with planning input, sequencing, and recovery strategies where required

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Planner on large residential developments
- Strong RC frame construction experience is essential
- Previous experience working for a main contractor or residential developer
- Proficient in Asta Powerproject and/or Primavera P6
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
