Project Coordinator – Construction
📍 Location: Waterloo, London
💰 Salary: £28,000 – £34,000
Are you a highly organised, proactive Construction Project Coordinator looking to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial construction business? 🚀
We’re partnering with an ambitious and dynamic company delivering high-quality projects across the UK, and they’re looking for someone to help their Project Managers drive projects from concept through to completion.
The Role
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of multiple projects across their full lifecycle. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, clients, and contractors, ensuring projects stay on track, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Project Managers through pre-construction and delivery phases
- Coordinating site meetings and producing detailed minutes
- Assisting with tender processes and reviewing tender returns
- Managing project administration and documentation
- Supporting cost reporting and maintaining budget trackers
- Updating project programmes and monitoring deadlines
- Producing weekly client reports
- Supporting project handover and aftercare processes

About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of project delivery.
You should have:
- Experience in a similar role within construction, retail, leisure, or hospitality fit-out projects
- A strong understanding of the project lifecycle and construction processes
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator, able to build strong client relationships
- Strong Excel skills (including formulas and spreadsheets)
- An understanding of H&S and construction safety standards
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- A full UK driving licence (preferred)
