Reds10 is looking for an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to join our team in Portsmouth working on an MOD project.
This is a predominantly site-based role, taking ownership of projects through the construction and delivery phases, while working closely with project teams across design, commercial, production and site operations. The role will involve regular visits to project sites, alongside occasional travel to our manufacturing facility, London HQ and client locations as required.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the successful delivery of construction projects from mobilisation through to completion and handover
- Work collaboratively with Project Managers and internal delivery teams including design, commercial, production, site operations and aftercare
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure programme milestones are achieved
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, stakeholders and subcontract partners
- Manage project budgets, cost control and programme performance to support commercially successful project outcomes
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, opportunities and change control
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation, CDM regulations and company standards
- Monitor and drive quality assurance throughout the construction process
- Maintain accurate project reporting, records and communication across all stakeholders
- Support the achievement of sustainability objectives, including carbon reduction and social value targets
- Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrable experience managing construction projects on-site from commencement through to completion
- Experience coordinating multiple trades, subcontractors and project stakeholders
- CSCS Card (essential)
- SMSTS Qualification (essential)
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site operations and project delivery processes
- Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience) is desirable
- Membership of APM, CIOB, RICS or similar professional body desirable but not essential
