Proficiency Ltd is a growing design and build company specialising in high-end residential construction projects across London, including extensions, loft conversions, full refurbishments, basement conversions, and new-build homes.
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and oversee multiple residential projects from planning through to completion.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects, coordinating site teams, liaising with clients and consultants, ensuring quality standards are met, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers
- Monitor project programmes, budgets, and site progress
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain excellent client communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Resolve site issues and manage project risks proactively
- Prepare project reports and updates for management

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Experience managing residential construction projects in London
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction processes
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
