Construction Project Manager – Field Based
£50,000 - £60,000 + company car/allowance
At Moto, we're transforming and investing in our estate to create even better experiences for our customers and teams. As our portfolio continues to evolve, we're looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our Property team and play a key role in delivering construction and refurbishment projects across our UK network.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a construction project professional who enjoys managing a varied programme of work, building strong stakeholder relationships, and overseeing projects from concept through to completion. You'll work across a range of initiatives including new brand developments, refurbishments, asset renewal programmes and wider estate improvement projects.

What you'll be doing
- Managing construction and refurbishment projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery to scope, budget, quality and programme requirements.
- Developing project briefs, programmes, budgets, risk registers and delivery plans with key stakeholders.
- Coordinating all stages of the project lifecycle, including feasibility, design, procurement, construction, handover and close-out.
- Managing project costs, forecasts, purchase orders and financial reporting to ensure strong commercial control.
- Leading project meetings, site reviews and progress updates, ensuring actions are completed and risks are effectively managed.
- Building strong relationships with operational teams, contractors, consultants and external partners.
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely and in compliance with CDM 2015, Building Regulations and company standards.
- Minimising disruption to our sites by planning works effectively and maintaining clear communication throughout delivery.

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously. You'll be an excellent communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels and build strong working relationships across a diverse business.
You'll also have:
- Proven experience delivering construction, refurbishment or fit-out projects from concept to completion.
- Strong project planning, risk management and project control experience.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, contracts and project expenditure.
- Knowledge of CDM 2015, Building Regulations and construction health and safety requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with contractors, consultants and suppliers.
- A relevant construction or engineering qualification (Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent).
- A full UK driving licence.

- APM, PRINCE2, CIOB or RICS qualifications or membership.
- SMSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
- Experience delivering projects within live retail, hospitality or multi-site environments.
