Construction Project Manager
Project Manager Main Contractor | Central London | Blackfriars
One of London’s growing and highly ambitious main contractors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the business on a landmark £100m development in Blackfriars.
With a strong pipeline of secured projects and continued growth across Central London, this contractor has built a reputation for delivering complex schemes to a high standard while maintaining a collaborative, people-focused culture. As the business continues to expand, they are looking to strengthen their operational team with the appointment of a driven and technically strong Project Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a major Central London development and play a key role from early construction through to final handover.

The Role Managing the project from inception through to completion Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and consultants Driving programme, quality, health & safety, and client relationships Leading site meetings and reporting to senior management Overseeing RC frame, structural, and fit out packages Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Maintaining high standards across all phases of delivery
Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor Experience delivering large-scale developments in Central London Cradle-to-grave project delivery experience essential Engineering background advantageous Alternatively, strong experience delivering major RC frame developments Excellent leadership and communication skills Commercially aware with strong operational management ability
