This is an exciting opportunity to join their expanding team.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of demolition and enabling works projects, from pre-construction through to completion. Collaborating with clients, site teams, commercial teams, and senior management, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage demolition and enabling works projects from award through to completion
- Plan, programme, and coordinate all project activities
- Lead Site Managers, Supervisors, and project delivery teams
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Chair site progress meetings and coordinate all stakeholders
- Oversee the procurement of subcontractors, plant, and materials
- Work closely with the commercial team to maximise project profitability
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, environmental, and demolition regulations
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Maintain the highest standards of quality throughout project delivery

Requirements
-
Previous experience as a Project Manager in:
- Demolition
- Enabling works
- Structural alterations
- Civil engineering
- Major construction projects

Strong understanding of demolition methodologies and construction sequencing

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
-
Commercial awareness, with experience managing project budgets

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced projects

SMSTS qualification (mandatory)

Black CSCS Card (preferred)
-
CCDO Manager/Supervisor Card (desirable)
-
Temporary Works Coordinator qualification (desirable)
-
Full UK driving licence
