Associate Director – Building Surveying / Project Management

Commercial Project Management | London

Up to £80,000 + Benefits + Clear Route to Director

A modern, forward-thinking property consultancy is looking for an Associate Director to join its Project Management team, focused on complex commercial projects across the commercial property sector.

This is a genuinely rare opportunity for someone already operating at Associate or Associate Director level, or an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor (MRICS qualified) ready for a step up.

With prior Contract Administration and Project Management experience, you'll be looking for a role focused squarely on project delivery, taking responsibility for multi-million pound projects and building on the experience you already have.

The business is Director-led, with a culture built on trust, autonomy and collaboration. Flexible working is standard, and every project benefits from direct, hands-on involvement from senior leadership rather than being passed down a chain.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
