Construction Project Manager

Join us as a Construction Project Manager in Stirling! As a Construction Project Manager at Etex, you will play a central role in delivering our site modernisation programme—our journey toward creating a “Factory of Tomorrow” by 2030. You will lead key upgrade works across the Stirling site, including the safe removal of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM), coordination of demolition and construction activities, and oversight of building and infrastructure improvements. Working closely with on-site teams and external partners, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly, and to the highest standard. What you’ll do:

Set up and prepare project scopes, business cases, schedules, and technical documentation Lead stakeholder communication, providing regular technical and managerial updates Manage project execution to deliver scope, budget, quality, and safety targets Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, EHS standards, and Etex procedures Advise on and authorise key project decisions, including contractor selection and project milestones Manage and supervise contractors on site, ensuring safe and coordinated delivery across ACM removal, demolition, civil works, and construction activities Issue Permit to Work documentation where required Coordinate with external design partners and oversee project progress through each stage

What you’ll bring:

A professional qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction, or similarExperience working in an industrial environments Strong project management experience, ideally within construction or industrial settings Broad knowledge of asbestos, EHS topics and best practice Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee contractors with a strong safety focus Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong networks Excellent communication skills, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
