ROLE: Construction Project Manager
HOURS: Full-time
LOCATION: London and South East

We're looking for a Construction Project Manager who will oversee and manage construction, M&E, and refurbishment projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
Role Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction and refurbishment projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all project objectives are met.
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule, and communicate them to stakeholders, clients, and project team members.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that project designs and specifications are accurate and feasible.
- Coordinate and manage all construction activities, including procurement of materials, scheduling of subcontractors, and overseeing construction progress.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and track project expenses throughout construction.
- Conduct regular project meetings with stakeholders and team members to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure effective communication.
- Proactively identify and resolve any construction-related issues, delays, or conflicts that may impact project delivery.
- Manage and lead a team of construction professionals, including contractors, supervisors, and labourers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety, and address any issues or deficiencies.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven working experience as a Construction Project Manager, overseeing multiple construction projects.
- Proven working experience in the finance sector, retail, office and data centres would be highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and techniques.
- Extensive experience in project management, including creating project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to schedules.
- Proficient in using project management software and tools.
- Availability to travel to project sites across the UK and Northern Ireland, as needed.
