Job Introduction

Landmarc Support Services is recruiting a Project Manager to deliver a diverse portfolio of construction, civils and M&E projects across the Defence Training Estate. This role suits someone who is motivated, organised and confident managing multi‑disciplinary projects that directly support military training capability through high‑quality infrastructure delivery.

Role Details

  • Salary: Up to £54,115.86
  • Car Allowance: £500 per month
  • Contract: Permanent, Full‑time, Office Based
  • Location: Swynnerton Training Camp, Stone, Staffordshire, ST15 0QN
  • Travel: Regional (Wales & West) with travel costs covered

Landmarc provides the essential support services that enable Armed Forces to train for frontline operations across the UK Defence Training Estate. We maintain safe, sustainable infrastructure, operate training areas and ranges, and deliver major projects that enhance vital military training assets. What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of construction, civils and M&E projects throughout their lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations across all projects
  • Oversee project design, planning and execution
  • Liaise with statutory bodies to secure approvals and permits
  • Manage supply chain contracts and ensure contractual compliance
  • Deliver projects across multi‑disciplinary environments including conservation sites, military ranges and forestry settings
  • Ensure projects meet environmental, operational and safety requirements

Essential

  • HNC or equivalent in construction, project management or a related field
  • Proven experience managing construction or hard FM projects
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with IT tools including MS Project
  • Valid UK driving licence

Desirable

  • Experience working in protected habitats, range infrastructure or forestry environments
  • Knowledge of Defence Training Estate operations or MOD infrastructure processes
  • Experience managing multi‑disciplinary supply chains
