KS SYPIEN LTD, one of the UK's leading contractors in the domestic construction, refurbishment, and fit-out sector, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team.
Our head office is based in Queensbury, London (HA7). Most of our projects are located in Central London, with contract values typically ranging from £2 million to £10 million.
Qualifications
The successful candidate must hold valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications and have a minimum of 10 years' experience managing high-end residential construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing multiple projects from design through to completion and handover.
- Preparing and reviewing RAMS and RFIs.
- Producing and maintaining project programmes.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Attending and leading client meetings.
- Issuing delay notices and Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
- Liaising with internal design teams, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitoring project progress and reporting to senior management.

Working Hours
The working hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. This role is based at our head office in Queensbury, London, from where you will regularly visit project sites and liaise with Site Managers, clients, and project stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Fluent in Polish
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, including architectural and M&E drawings.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Proven ability to lead project teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies, building regulations, and Health & Safety requirements.
