Astrid Collective
Astrid Collective is a commercial fit-out delivery company, creating high-quality hospitality venues, retail spaces and health & wellness environments across London and the South East. We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of project delivery.
Working closely with our site managers, you'll take genuine ownership of delivery — programme, cost, quality and the client relationship — bringing projects in on time, on budget and to a high standard. You'll be joining a stable, supportive team that has worked together for a number of years, and it's a real opportunity to shape the delivery function within a growing business.
The Role
Reporting to the director and working alongside our site managers, you'll run commercial fit-out projects from site handover through to completion and handover, taking responsibility for programme, cost, quality, health & safety and the client relationship.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
