Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, detail-driven Construction Project Manager who can also support the day-to-day operations on construction projects for a private household in Central London. This is a rare opportunity for a construction professional to gain exposure to a high-end residential build while developing broader skills in household management, logistics, and private-client service.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years’ experience either with a main contractor or project management consultant. Must have a strong willingness to learn, and the discretion required to work closely with high-net-worth family.

Key Responsibilities

  • Construction Project Management – Assist the project lead in managing delivery of luxury residential construction projects within Prime Central London, including design coordination, contractor liaison, progress monitoring, and quality control.
  • Documentation & Reporting – Maintain project records, update schedules, track procurement, and support compliance with building regulations.
  • Problem Solving – Anticipate needs, resolve issues proactively, and ensure seamless communication teams.
  • Client Service – Interact professionally with principals, guests, and service providers while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Operations Management – Help liaising with and understanding family requirements, vendor management, maintenance coordination, and general operational support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
