About Our Client
Our client is an international hospitality group expanding its operations globally. As part of the final phase of a major hotel development project in Zanzibar, the company is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee site activities through project completion.
Job Description
Reporting to the project team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of construction activities on site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising construction works and project execution on site;
- Coordinating contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders;
- Managing site modifications and technical adaptations as required;
- Monitoring project budgets and preparing progress reports;
- Ensuring compliance with project schedules and quality standards;
- Coordinating with technical and corporate management teams;
- Supporting the successful completion and handover of the project.

The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Architecture, Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project execution and site management;
- Mandatory experience within the hospitality sector (hotels, resorts, accommodation or leisure projects);
- Strong site-based project management experience;
- Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment;
- Willingness to relocate to Zanzibar for the duration of the assignment;
- Spanish language skills would be considered an advantage.
