As Evolution Developments Southwest Ltd continues to grow across the South West, we’re looking for an experienced Construction Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team on a self-employed basis (initially 1–2 days per week).
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a fast-growing, multi-award-winning construction company, delivering high-quality residential, commercial and public sector projects throughout the region.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor with proven experience within the construction industry and a strong understanding of commercially managing projects from tender stage through to final account.
Our current project portfolio focuses on construction projects valued between ÂŁ50,000 and ÂŁ500,000, including:

What We’re Looking For
- Strong construction industry experience
- Excellent commercial awareness
- Experience with procurement, valuations, and final accounts
- Knowledge of JCT Contracts
- A proactive and collaborative approach
