About the Role
We’re excited to offer an unmissable opportunity within our Doxford office to take ownership of an established and growing Maintenance desk. This is a fantastic way to accelerate your career, joining a trusted team in their brand-new office space.
As part of the Doxford Park Construction & Property team, you’ll:
- Work alongside experienced consultants and industry leaders
- Deliver results in a fast-paced Construction market
- Scale a high-demand Maintenance temporary staffing desk with existing strong client relationships
- Leverage a booming market to drive further growth

Responsibilities
As our Senior Recruitment Consultant, your role will include:
Client & Talent Focus
- Develop and grow client relationships across the Construction sector
- Source, interview, and place top-tier talent efficiently
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, from initial brief to final offer
Market & Strategy
- Identify key market trends to create client-centric solutions
- Collaborate with your high-performing team to meet ambitious sales targets
Growth Mindset
- Showcase resilience, drive, and proactive ambition
- Drive high-demand solutions and contribute to departmental success
Requirements
Proven success as a Recruitment Consultant, with a strong background in: ✅ Business development & proven client retention strategies ✅ Commercial acumen and a track record of hitting targets ✅ Excellent communication—verbal and written ✅ Proactive and growth-focused mindset
