We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager with Enhanced DBS to oversee a 6-week school project in Southampton. You Must already have Enhanced DBS.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all site activities and coordinate subcontractors.
- Ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and in line with project requirements.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety throughout the project.
- Liaise with the client, school representatives, and project team.
- Complete site documentation, inspections, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all site procedures and regulations.

Essential Requirements
- ✅ SMSTS Certificate
- ✅ Enhanced DBS Check (essential due to working within a school environment)
- ✅ First Aid at Work Certificate
- ✅ Previous experience managing construction projects.
- ✅ Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
