Construction Disputes Solicitor – London

Our client, a Chambers and Legal 500 rated firm based in London, is seeking a highly skilled Construction Disputes Solicitor to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. You will be 2-4pqe and will have gained experience from a City or West End firm.

You will be joining a top tier firm who work with a wide range of clients and how can offer you a clear progression throughout their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of construction disputes and related litigation.
  • Providing expert advice and strategic guidance to clients on complex dispute resolution issues.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, correspondence, and settlement agreements.
  • Representing clients confidently in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
  • Collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality legal solutions tailored to client needs.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, specifically in construction law.
  • Strong knowledge of dispute resolution mechanisms and the legal processes involved.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • London-based or willing to relocate to the capital.
