Lead legal strategy across construction projects, contracts and property matters for a growing UK organisation. A senior in-house role combining legal leadership, governance and risk management.

£75,000 - £93,000 depending on experience

Group Legal provides strategic and pragmatic legal support across construction projects, commercial contracting and property matters. We work closely with Developments, Operations, Finance, Compliance and Procurement to manage legal risk, support strong governance and enable timely, value-for-money decision-making.

Transforming PLC is seeking an experienced Construction Solicitor - General Counsel with dedicated construction experience to lead legal strategy across construction and related property matters. This high-impact role shapes legal governance, protects the organisation’s interests and enables safe, compliant delivery across the Group.

What You'll Lead

  • Strong legal leadership experience across construction projects and associated property matters
  • JCT/NEC contracting, procurement and governance
  • Property transactions, leases and due diligence linked to construction delivery
  • Dispute resolution and external counsel management
  • Legal processes, templates, training and capability building

  • Qualified solicitor with strong experience in UK construction law and construction-related property matters
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
