Construction Superintendent

Construction Superintendent required to join a leading healthcare and senior‑living construction specialist operating across the United States. The successful candidate will coordinate daily on‑site activities, manage subcontractors, maintain safety compliance, and ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with contract documents.

Construction Superintendent - Compensation

$65,000 per year DOE

Coordinate and oversee daily on‑site construction activities, ensuring subcontractors complete work safely and to specification.

Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and subcontract agreements to confirm work aligns with contract documents.

Maintain detailed daily logs and prepare weekly progress reports.

Lead subcontractor coordination meetings to keep schedules and deliverables on track.

Create, update, and manage project schedules.

Participate in job walks with the Project Manager, Owner, and Architect/Engineer teams.

Support the Project Manager with budgets, contracts, document control, and overall project coordination.

Communicate clearly with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.

Identify and troubleshoot on‑site challenges using available resources.

Maintain a safe and compliant jobsite in accordance with OSHA standards.

Supervise and coordinate multiple active projects to ensure consistent quality and productivityConstruction Superintendent - Position Requirements

Strong written communication skills for email updates, daily logs, and weekly reports.

Ability to manage a fully digital, paperless jobsite using laptops, tablets, and cloud‑based systems. Proficiency with construction software including Bluebeam, MS Excel, and Procore.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
