Job Description

Construction Supervisor (NEC4)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our growing team, supporting the delivery of major infrastructure projects within the UK nuclear sector. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll oversee site activities, ensuring contractors deliver work safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Working as part of the Client team, you'll primarily fulfil the NEC4 Supervisor role while supporting wider HSQE activities on site. This is an excellent opportunity to work on nationally significant projects within a highly regulated environment.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the NEC4 Supervisor, ensuring works comply with contract requirements and project scope.
  • Supervise construction activities, monitoring quality, safety, and progress on site.
  • Carry out inspections, witness testing, identify defects, and support quality assurance.
  • Review contractor documentation, including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Plans, and construction methods.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, contractors, and stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate site records, reports, and project documentation.
  • Monitor contractor Health & Safety performance and support HSQE activities.
  • Contribute to commissioning, lessons learned, and continuous improvement across projects.

Why Join Us?

Be part of a collaborative team delivering some of the UK's most important infrastructure projects. You'll work alongside industry experts, gain exposure to high-profile programmes, and help shape the future of the UK's nuclear sector while developing your career in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
