Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Construction Worker role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Construction Worker will perform general construction duties, including assisting with structural work, site preparation, and cleanup. Daily tasks may involve masonry work, flooring installation, and support with renovation projects under the guidance of site supervisors. The role includes operating basic hand and power tools, following blueprints or instructions, and adhering to safety regulations at all times. The Construction Worker will collaborate with other crew members to complete projects efficiently and maintain a safe, organized worksite.

Qualifications

- Possess strong Construction skills, including general building work and safe use of tools and equipment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Masonry and Flooring, such as laying bricks, tiles, or other materials to specification.
- Have experience in Renovation work, including demolition, repairs, and remodeling tasks.
- Apply basic Research skills to understand materials, methods, and best practices for assigned tasks.
- Ability to follow safety procedures, lift and move materials, and work in varied weather conditions.
- Prior experience on construction sites or vocational training in construction trades is beneficial.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and adapt to changing project needs.
