Your Career

As a leader within MHR’s consulting practice, you will oversee the business operations of the function, ensuring it runs efficiently, effectively, and in line with agreed targets and quality standards. You’ll own the annual business planning process, driving year-on-year efficiency improvements, revenue growth, and the development of new skills and services. From capacity planning to financial oversight, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the performance, capability, and commercial success of the consulting practice.

Your Team

You’ll lead and develop a high-performing consultancy team, ensuring effective deployment, utilisation, and ongoing skills development. You will manage recruitment pipelines to ensure the practice remains well-resourced and responsive to market demands, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and operational excellence. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll support the development and operationalisation of new services, champion internal change initiatives, and ensure that your team remains aligned, engaged, and equipped to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Your Impact

Your leadership will directly influence the efficiency, commercial performance, and strategic direction of the consulting practice. By driving accurate forecasting, cost control, risk mitigation, and utilisation, you will enhance revenue, protect profitability, and identify ongoing opportunities for growth. Through strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and a focus on customer experience, you will strengthen the delivery of MHR’s Professional Services strategy while promoting a positive image of MHR at every interaction. Your work will ensure the practice remains competitive, scalable, and ready to meet evolving customer and market needs.
