I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Spend ~90% of your time on-site (primarily London-based), embedded in teams of 3–5.
- Autonomy matters: expect coupled trust and accountability from day one.
- Off-client, Gebiete entrepreneurial and proactive growth opportunities. Share your ideas—they’ll matter.
- Your voice counts; opportunities emerge if your work aligns with sharper ambitions (e.g., bigger projects, leadership roles, senior client engagement).
Above all, Clarasys aligns its values with your career and passions. Whether you aim to lead teams, deliver complex change, or advise C-suite clients, we’ll give you the tools to get there.

Core Commitments

Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
-
Teaming gets you—not just credentials or hierarchy. You see the value in having protected time for your development, from coaching sessions to pro bono work (views as: community investment).
-
The time off plan? Either a stress-free work-life balance or the fulfilled feeling of knowing how the big-picture impacts your client.
-
Hierarchy > capability isn’t motivational. You’d never toe the line between which idea shines; you want your input to be guiding versus peer responsibility and change partnered to your execution-driven intelligence.
For the serious candidates who believe a difference exists between ‘simple deliveries’ vs ‘experiences that adapt for impact’, too kindly send your CV to admissions@clarasys.org. We’d love to launch this conversation!
