Role Title: RTCDP Consultant
Location: London
Contract duration: 6.5 months
Work mode: Hybrid, 2 days remote and 3 days
Pay Rate: £351 to 367 per day all inc. (Inside IR35)
Job Description
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Digital Marketing, and MarTech implementations.
- Configure and implement Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) solutions for audience management and customer profile unification.
- Design and manage XDM schemas, datasets, identities, and Real-Time Customer Profiles.
- Build and maintain customer audiences, segments, and activation workflows across marketing channels.
- Support data ingestion from multiple sources using batch and streaming methods.
- Collaborate with business, marketing, analytics, and technical teams to define customer data and activation use cases.
- Ensure data quality, governance, privacy, and compliance requirements are met.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize audience performance and activation processes.
