Looking for someone urgently who works within a PRIVATE EQUITY firm across the UK.
You need experience using the following system: iLEVEL, Chronograph or 73 strings with indepth knowlege in the Middle Offrice space
As a Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering impact across our professional services operation. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual who can model best-in-class performance, combining business analysis, strategic consulting, and team leadership. Working closely with leading private equity firms, you will take ownership of project and programme delivery, providing solutions to complex challenges as they arise. People sit at the heart of our culture. Contribution to key initiatives, and effective team development, you will have a clear path for progression supported by a structured development framework.
Lead client-facing and internal engagements, delivering high-quality, accurate outputs within agreed timeframes and budgets. Monitor progress against plans, prioritise workloads across the team, and escalate issues when needed. Manage senior client relationships—leading meetings, engaging stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for account growth. Demonstrate commitment to your own development objectives. Support the growth of others within the business, particularly by sharing and cascading SME knowledge. Contribute actively to Consultant-led internal forums. Set the standard for internal deliverables, including management of billable days, targets, and timely completion of timesheets.

Location: London, UK
Primary Responsibilities Lead multiple projects and workstreams concurrently, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed milestones, scope, and budgets. Act as the escalation point for project issues, ensuring clear prioritisation and raising risks to the Project Director as required. Analyse and oversee documentation of client business requirements and functional specifications. Engage directly with stakeholders, operations teams, and IT professionals to ensure a deep understanding of business processes and supporting systems. Play an active role in both internal discussions and external client meetings across the full delivery lifecycle (scoping, solution design, testing, training, implementation). Delegate and manage tasks across analysts and other resources supporting your project. Own project planning and deliverables—defining requirements, managing change control, and ensuring alignment with the Project Director. Identify issues, mitigate risks, manage resources, and ensure projects remain on time and within budget. Prepare materials for status meetings and steering committees; deliver status updates independently and contribute to steercos alongside the Project Director. Act as a key contact for your project—tracking and communicating any significant changes to scope, resourcing, timelines, budgets, or deliverables. Identify opportunities for account expansion through onsite observations and relationship building, sharing insights with the Project Director. Serve as a leader and role model within the wider delivery team—supporting interns and analysts with guidance, coaching, and SME expertise. Begin developing leadership responsibilities, including managing individuals on projects and providing constructive feedback. Own and manage internal projects with Senior Consultant/Managing Consultant oversight, providing regular, detailed updates on progress.
