đź§ Navigating the position: Consultant
We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Professional Services Team as a Consulting Specialist focused on Fleet Solutions (TM Master). This role is ideal for someone with a background in technical support or service delivery, who is confident handling complex issues, driving process improvements, and delivering high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consulting services to clients, focusing on service delivery excellence and process optimization.
- Act as the subject matter expert for the TM Master product, offering guidance and support to customers.
- Lead or support implementation processes, including setup, configuration, and user training.
- Run engaging workshops and training sessions to onboard and empower end users across global locations.
- In-person collaboration with our base of clients globally to provide onsite guidance and best practices to meet the clients needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Support, PMO, Development) to coordinate delivery and resolve issues.
- Handle complex technical or functional problems during implementation with professionalism and urgency.
- Identify improvement opportunities and recommend system or process changes to increase efficiency.
- Ensure timely and structured completion of all assigned tasks and projects.
- Stay current with product updates and industry trends to support ongoing personal and professional development.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience working with databases on-premises and/or cloud-based environments such as MSSQL, SQL Azure MySQL etc. Microsoft Accredited or Industry recognized qualification for Microsoft SQL server will be preferred.
- Good understanding on how data management, cleansing and query optimisation influences pipeline and data model design.
- Experience using cloud technologies.
- Demonstrably strong problem-solving skills to help design and implement solutions to data problems. Highly numerate and logical.
- Understand and create Excel scripts for database mass updates.
- Ability to clearly communicate and present outputs to stakeholders.
- Experience of working in fast-paced environments to strict deadlines.
- Team player and can communicate effectively to technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Passionate about continuous improvement, collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- The ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, self-review your work and produce deliverables of a high quality under tight client deadlines in time-pressured environments.
