Job Summary
This Data Analytics Consultant role focuses on data-driven insights to address client challenges and drive business growth. The role owner proactively identifies trends, collaborates across teams, and translates complex business questions into actionable analytical solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading client analytics, reporting, and solution development
- Strengthening client relationships and managing project lifecycles
- Mentoring junior team members and sharing best practices
- Developing training materials, documentation, and advanced methodologies
- Presenting strategic recommendations to clients for informed decision-making
Key Responsibilities
Client Insights & Solution Design
- Lead client meetings to define analytical objectives, ensuring impactful solutions are identified.
- Design advanced custom analyses, including benchmarking, publisher optimization, and program performance, delivering actionable insights.
- Develop and optimize complex trend analyses and performance dashboards, ensuring alignment with client needs.

Data Quality & Operational Excellence
- Oversee report integrity and data accuracy, resolving complex discrepancies.
- Adapt reporting structures to meet dynamic client requirements (e.g., fiscal calendar changes).
- Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies between dashboards and manual reports, implementing long-term solutions.
Strategic Support
- Independent sales forecasting for prospects using data analysis and market insights.
- Contribute to the development of new analytical products based on client needs and trends.
Specific Duties
- Guiding clients toward optimal analytical solutions during discussions.
- Executing advanced analytics with internal tools and databases.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align findings with business goals.
- Investigating inconsistencies between reports and dashboards.
- Presenting findings to influence client decision-making processes.
Qualifications & Minimum Requirements
Experience:
- At least 2 years in analytics/reporting, preferably in client-facing roles or project leadership.
- Experience from agencies, consulting, or client-side environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel (VBA), BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy) for dashboard and data visualization.
- SQL proficiency for data extraction and manipulation.
- Python-R familiarity for advanced analytics and automation (a strong advantage).
