Location:
Bristol or Manchester (hybrid, UK/Ireland travel)

Role Summary

Support the successful delivery of digital transformation programmes by analysing business needs, improving processes and translating complex requirements into practical, deliverable solutions. This is a delivery-focused consulting role for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

Work across strategy, business change, systems, data and delivery programmes, partnering with stakeholders to understand challenges, define requirements and shape practical solutions that enable successful transformation.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead business analysis and requirements gathering activities
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder sessions
  • Produce requirements, user stories, process maps and business rules
  • Analyse and redesign business processes and operating models
  • Translate business needs into structured deliverables for delivery teams
  • Support project governance, testing and business readiness activities
  • Build trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders
  • Contribute to proposals, methodologies and continuous improvement

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in business analysis, consulting or digital transformation
  • Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills
  • Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • Experience mapping and improving business processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Organised, collaborative and delivery-focused

Desirable:

  • Higher education or digital transformation experience
  • Consultancy or system implementation experience
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery approaches
  • Business Analysis certification (BCS, IIBA, CBAP or similar)
