Consultant Cardiovascular Surgeon
This opportunity is open exclusively to European-based doctors seeking relocation to Dubai.
SearchPlus HR is partnering with a leading university healthcare facility to recruit an experienced Consultant Cardiovascular Surgeon. This prestigious role offers the opportunity to work in an academic environment that integrates clinical excellence, research, and education.
As a Consultant Cardiovascular Surgeon, you will provide expert surgical care for cardiovascular patients, engage in clinical research, and contribute to the education and training of medical students and surgical residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced cardiovascular surgeries including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repairs and replacements, and other complex procedures
- Manage patient care pre-operatively, intra-operatively, and post-operatively to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Engage in clinical research activities to advance cardiovascular surgical knowledge and techniques
- Participate actively in teaching, mentoring, and supervising medical students, residents, and junior surgeons
- Contribute to quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives within the healthcare facility

Requirements:
- Extensive clinical experience in cardiovascular surgery, preferably within an academic or university healthcare setting
- Demonstrated ability to perform complex cardiovascular surgical procedures
- Strong commitment to research and education
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
