Role Description

The Consultant – Clinical Nutrition is a part-time, remote role focused on delivering evidence-based nutritional guidance to patients within MantraCare’s digital care ecosystem. In this role, the consultant will assess clients’ nutritional needs, develop individualized care plans, and provide ongoing counseling via telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.

  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Contributing to AI-driven protocol refinement
  • Updating nutritional content and resources in line with current clinical guidelines
  • Monitoring patient progress

  • Participating in case reviews to ensure high-quality, personalized care

Additional tasks may include:

  • Supporting educational initiatives
  • Providing input on nutrition-related programs
  • Helping refine clinical workflows for scalable, efficient service delivery

Qualifications

  • Clinical and medical expertise, including a strong foundation in Medicine and Clinical Nutrition, with the ability to apply evidence-based guidelines in virtual care settings.
  • Experience with Research and Clinical Trials, including familiarity with study design, data collection, and interpreting scientific literature relevant to nutrition and chronic care.
  • Skills in Training and education, with the capacity to guide patients, peers, and stakeholders on nutrition best practices and lifestyle interventions.
  • Project Management capabilities to support program development, implementation, and continuous improvement of nutrition-related initiatives.
  • Relevant academic background such as a degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Medicine, or a related health discipline; professional licensure or certification (e.g., Registered Dietitian or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
  • Comfort working in a digital, remote environment, including proficiency with telehealth platforms, electronic documentation, and collaborative online tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach and sensitivity to diverse cultural and dietary needs.
  • Experience in chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular health) and interest in AI-enabled healthcare solutions is an advantage.
