Role Description
This is a remote role for a Consultant Conveyancer, but some visits to the office will be required from time to time.

As a consultant you will be required to bring in your own caseload. What sets us apart is our high-quality administrative support which takes complete care of all ‘Stage 1’ and post completion matters, leaving you to deal with the legal queries and growing your caseload to suit you – the sky is the limit.

As this is a consultant role a transparent fee split will be agreed prior to hiring between the firm and the consultant for completed matters.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures, with experience managing residential and/or commercial transactions.
- Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to provide calm, clear guidance in stressful situations.
- High level of attention to detail, organisation, and time management, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or legally trained property professional (or equivalent experience in UK property law).
