Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Consultant Conveyancer. The Consultant Conveyancer will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion. As a consultant, you will be required to manage and bring in your own caseload, but we will be able to assist with building contacts with introducers we have strong relationships with. As a consultant for NPS Law, you will be part of a fast-growing brand that is making a name for itself in the industry and you will be contributing to the growing business reputation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in residential conveyancing
  • Strong understanding of property law and the conveyancing process
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Proficiency in using conveyancing case management software
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Member of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) or Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) is a plus
