The Role
We’re seeking an independent yet collaborative Consultant Conveyancer to join our expanding team. In this full-time, remote role, you’ll manage end-to-end residential property transactions while contributing to the growth of a firm making its mark in the legal industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a self-managed caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through completion
- Provide high-quality, accurate conveyancing advice with a focus on client maintenance
- Partner with relationships we already have to generate referrals
- Maintain adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., CLC/SRA)
- Collaborate with the NPS Law team to uphold our brand values
- Contribute to the firm’s growing reputation for reliability and expertise
This agreement-on-earnings model offers flexibility in how you build your caseload, with a fee-split structure clearly defined upon hiring.

Requirements
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- Substantial experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Confident communication and client relationship management
- Proficiency in conveyancing case management software (e.g., iManage, Hunter, or similar)
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Preferred: Membership of the Council for Licenced Conveyancers (CLC) or registration with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)
