Consultant General Radiologist
Consultant Radiologist in Cross-Sectional Imaging and Interventional Radiology (10 PA: 8.5 DCC/1.5 SPA)
Applications are invited for a full-time Consultant Radiologist post based at The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, which encompasses two sites: Hillingdon Hospital and Mount Vernon Hospital.
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team to help deliver our highly regarded imaging service. It is desirable for the successful candidate to partake in the radiology on-call rota (approximately 1 in 16).
Responsibilities
- Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate experience in all aspects of cross-sectional imaging and interventional radiology.
- Subspecialty interests which complement the department would be welcome. In particular, interests in gastrointestinal, uro-gynae radiology, head and neck, neuroradiology would be favourably considered.
- The successful candidate will need to demonstrate professional excellence and the ability to deliver effective care.

Requirements
- Applicants should possess the FRCR or equivalent and be fully registered with the GMC.
- Applicants should hold a CCT in Diagnostic Radiology or be within 6 months of their CCT.
- Any candidate who wishes to be considered for part-time working is welcome to apply.
About the Trust
We are at a pivotal point in our history with the new fast-track Hillingdon Hospital rebuild due to complete by 2030. The Hillingdon Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is one of the four primary Trusts (Imperial, London North West and Chelsea and Westminster) which form the North West London Imaging Network. This network will benefit our patients, service operations, and staff.
