FenwayXn is looking to appoint an experienced and motivated Consultant to join the delay team and assist in the delivery of high-quality, data-driven work products to support our clients at advisory, pre-dispute and/or dispute stages.
This role is typically suitable for a professional with over 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. This role offers an excellent opportunity for development while working with a small team of experienced individuals on a variety of international construction projects, with a focus on forensic delay analysis.

- Processing data and information into clear, cohesive findings for project deliverables.
- Producing discrete pieces of analyses, including building chronologies and Gantt charts.
- Assisting in the drafting of client communications about specific project-related matters.
- Managing sections of the analysis with logical and clear presentation of data.
- Presentation of findings internally through oral and written communication.
- Assisting in mentoring and guiding more junior team members.
- Attending relevant industry seminars, talks and client events.

Qualifications Required
- Degree level education in a construction-related field (e.g., construction management, civil engineering, architecture, quantity surveying etc.).
- Typically over 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry (International experience is preferable).
- Proven ability to work independently and manage project-level tasks effectively.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft tools including MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Familiar with the use of project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project etc.
