A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Ecologist to join a growing, forward-thinking multidisciplinary consultancy delivering high-quality environmental and infrastructure projects across the UK. Working alongside experienced professionals, the Ecologist will play a key role in supporting a diverse portfolio of projects while benefiting from a collaborative and people-focused culture. This position is based in Basingstoke.
As an Ecologist, you will undertake ecological surveys, produce technical reports, support habitat and protected species assessments, provide ecological advice to project teams, and contribute to delivering practical, sustainable solutions across a range of sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for an Ecologist looking to develop their career within a business that actively invests in its people.

Requirements
- Degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
- Experience undertaking ecological surveys and report writing
- Good knowledge of UK wildlife legislation and best practice
- Full UK driving licence
- Full right to work in the UK
- Living in or within a commutable distance of the Basingstoke office
- Strong communication and organisational skills
