At Rachel Jaysan Family Law & Mediation, we're growing quickly because we're doing things differently.

Our practice is built around making family law more accessible, more constructive and more cost-certain, whilst maintaining the highest standards of client care. We specialise in non-court dispute resolution and are committed to helping families find better ways forward.

We're now looking for an experienced Consultant Family Lawyer (7+ PQE) to join our expanding team.

✨ What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 7 years PQE
  • Experience handling mid to high net worth financial cases
  • Strong experience in children work
  • Trained in at least one form of Non-Court Dispute Resolution (NCDR) with a minimum of 3 years' practical experience
  • Proactive and enthusiastic about business development
  • Excellent client-facing and relationship-building skills
  • A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset

This role would suit someone who is passionate about helping clients resolve disputes constructively and wants to be part of a modern, forward-thinking family law practice. This role is not for someone who loves to litigate. We do not actively market litigation.
